He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lukaesko and Mary Lukaesko (Marusek); and his wife Norma "Huck" Lukaesko (McKee). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Jr. (Laura) and Richard (Kristin); his grandchildren, Richelle Patricelli (Nick), Kayla Lukaesko, Kyle Lukaesko and Morgan Lukaesko; his caregivers, Nancy Reagan, Lisa, Joy, Linda and Deb; Leo Patricelli, Rose Bievenue, Theresa Lukaesko and Patty Martin (Jack). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
As Joe was a lifelong animal lover, the family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Joe's memory to Fayette Friends of Animals (Uniontown, PA) or the animal shelter of your choice.
