He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Chick and Ruby Grimm Chick; his daughter Jeanna Chick; and his siblings, Walter Chick, Stanley Chick, Roger Chick and Patricia Ewart.
He is survived by : his wife Tammy Landman Chick; his children, Mark Chick, Jr. (Brigette) of Uniontown, Matthew Chick of Uniontown and Jennifer Chick of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Paityn, Jayden, Matty, Saylor, Miya and Casen; and his siblings, Denny Chick and Dorothy Ridenour of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
