He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Helisek and Anne Helisek (Pompura). He is survived by: his son Peter M. Helisek Jr. (Lori, family: Zachary Helisek, Dale Illig, Brian Illig, Laura Illig); and his sisters, Carol Kawatsky (Ron) and Arlene Pierno.
