He was predeceased by : his father John Thorpe. He is survived by : his mother Ethel Thorpe (Shaffer); his son Chad Thorpe; his wife Sandy Thorpe (Bentz); his sons, Daniel Thorpe (Jennifer) of Smock and Tim Thorpe (Kristy) of Smock; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kaylie, Kimmy, Krista and Abigail; and his siblings, Thomas Thorpe (Judy) of Vanderbilt and Cynthia Trimmer (Doug) of Smock.
