He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alonzo, Ella Lorraine Belsar (Saylor), Charles Franklin Jr. and Grace Carolyn Brown (Pritt); and his uncle Jacob E. Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank E. Belsar and Lorrie J. Brown; and his sister Gracie C. Keller.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 8:45 PM at the same location.
