It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cora Emma Stahl (Somerset, Pennsylvania), born in Confluence, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Folk and Mary Folk (Trimpey); her brother Frederick W. Folk; and her son-in-law Clarence C. Knopsnyder. She is survived by: her husband Galen "Cheesie" Stahl; her daughters, Rebecca Reckner (Mark) and Amy Knopsnyder; her grandchildren, Jenna Lopez (Roberto), Derrick Knopsnyder (Alana), Emily Weldy (Alena) and Douglas Reckner (Paige); and her great grandchildren, Liam Knopsnyder, Amelia Spicer, Valentina Lopez, Mateo Lopez, Gabriella Reckner, Addison Reckner and Bailey Reckner. She is also survived by her family and loving her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services (494 W Main St, Somerset, PA 15501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
