She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Stern and Tillie M. Stern (Holder); her husband William "Bill" Latshaw; her daughter Susan M. Spangler; and her brother Kenneth M. Stern.
She is survived by: her son John D. Whipkey (Marcia Friedline); her stepchildren, Deborah, Amy, James, Jeffrey, Katie, Binnie and William; her grandchildren, Jesse Spangler (Lindsey), Brent Spangler (Stephanie), Ben Whipkey (Kimberly), Jacob Whipkey (Sara) and Anna Sanner (Robert); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Levi, Jocelyn, Liam, Camden, Larson, Easton, Avery, Julie, Katie, Alyssa, Lucas, Gracie, Riley, Nicholas and Ethan; and her sister Helen "Bean" Bowan.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Hope Church (1237 Berlin Plank Rd, Somerset, PA 15501).
