We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2025, at the age of 98, Dorothy Schilk of Somerset, Pennsylvania, born in Shanksville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dorothy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harold and Erma Laura Brant (Brant); and her brothers, Dale, Glenn and John Brant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
