He was predeceased by: his son Jesse Edward Blough; his parents, Jay E. Blough Sr. and Alverta Blough (King); his father-in-law Joseph E. Wilson; his brother Richard D. Blough; his brother-in-law Barry Hause; and his nephews, Jeffery Blough and Tacoma Blough.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Blough (Wilson); his sons, Samuel Jay Blough and Matthew Joseph Blough (Kelley); his siblings, Debra Hause, Kathleen Torley (Peter), Melissa Halle (Craig) and Rodney Blough; his mother-in-law Carole J. Wilson; his in-laws, Belinda Mulhollen (Randall), Amanda Wilson (Joseph Peffer), Joseph Kent Wilson (Carole) and Joseph Rutkowski; and his close friends, Denny Koontz and Lynn Reffner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
