He is survived by : his parents, Mark McKenzie and Stacy Hay (Matthew Beeman) of Meyersdale; his fiancée Melody Tucker; his children, Evelyn and Telford McKenzie; his siblings, Kaley McKenzie (Garrett Sellers), Mya Hay and Katelyn Hay; his grandparents, Doc and Ruth Blair; and his niece Lillian Grace.
