She was predeceased by: her parents, Vandale and Shrout (Paugh) of Nevada; her husband Charles; and her siblings, Donald, Ludy James and Billy.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Miller (Laura) of Berlin and Linda Zufall (Robert) of Lisbon, NY.; her grandchildren, Kayla, Daniel, Levi (Sarah), David and John; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Elliott and Cora; and her brother Harry "Buzz" Shrout of Keyser, WV..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kight W. Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the same location.
