He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Leroy McClintock and Floy Margaret McClintock (Barron); and his sister Amy Jo Mihalik. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Mae Hetrick; and his children, Jeffrey D. McClintock of Somerset, Joseph D. McClintock of Florida, James D. McClintock of Somerset and Julie Bailey (Gary) of Florida. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and brother.
