He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirl Jay Ray Kelly and Barbara Ann Hay (Morelli); his stepfather Roger Lee Hay; and his brother Donald Kelly. He is survived by: his former wife Cindy Albright Kelly; his sons, William Ray Kelly (Billy), Jimmy-John Kelly and Christopher Kelly; his grandson Shane Ray Kelly; and his sisters, Theresa Smith (Phil), Vickie McElligot and Cynthia Svonavec (John).
