She was predeceased by: her husband Hank W. Stolvoort; her parents, Evenardus N. Koelemij and Anne E. Koelemij (Smal); and her sister Dora Verton. She is survived by: her sons, Fred Stolvoort of Madison Heights, VA and Ruud Stolvoort of Fountain Inn. She is also survived by four grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anna's name to Upper Bucks Christian School, 754 E. Rockhill Road, Sellersville, PA 18960.
