Phillips, IV (Rachel) of Chicago, IL; her sisters, Terri Smallwood (George) of Brooks, GA and Janet Parker (Mary Fooks) of Waterville, ME; her sister-in-law Lana Parker of Bear Creek, NC; her grandchildren, Lilyanna, Emmett, Milo Gingerich, Ella, Keegan and Tucker Agostino; her stepchildren, Jolee Hicks (Michael) of Clifton Park, NY, Eric Agostino (Angie) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Patrick Agostino (Suzanne) of Beverly, MA; her niece Rebecca Parker; and her friend Eddie Lauffer.
