He was predeceased by: his parents, David Weaver and Catherine Weaver; and his sister Mary Jane Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Weaver (Moyer); his siblings-in-law, Faye Ruth (Jeff), Brenda Moyer and Douglas Moyer (Glenda); his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Kevin, Justin, Micah, Ashley, Scott, Bekah, Scarlett, Nate, Jenny, Rachel, Evan, Joanna, Dan and David; and his pet Carson.
