She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Skip" Lentz; her parents, Samuel Zerbe and Emma Zerbe (Kessler); her grandson Adam; and her sisters, Margaret Krauss and Christy Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Garry Lentz (BJ Souders), Melissa Fox (Jeff) and Maggie Johnsson (Steve); her grandchildren, Emilie Fields (Jesse), Caitlin Kunkle (DJ), Rebecah Fox, Elyse Fox, Anna Grace Johnsson, Sam Johnsson and Elisabeth Johnsson; and her great grandchildren, Noa and Bryn Kunkle.
