She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas G. Hagey and Katie C. Hagey; her siblings, Jean C. Miller, Jonas C. Hagey, Eva C. Clemmer and Alice C. Gotwals; her stepsisters, Beatrice F. Ruth and Velma Derstine; her nephew Terry Miller; and her niece Linda Moyer.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sandra Erb, Donna Moyer, Carol Frederick, William Ruth, Pamela Yothers, Steve Hagey, Jane Clough, Karen Moyer, Diane Good, Richard Clemmer, Wendy Alderfer, Lisa Hunsberger, Bradley Gotwals and Joan Yoder.
