John V. Mahon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John V. Mahon of Souderton, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy C. Mahon; his parents, Michael Mahon and Anna Mahon (Miller); his daughter Maureen Prokipchak; his granddaughter Lauren Prokipchak; and his sister Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Habick (Don) of Effort, PA, Laura McCauley (Johnnie) of Horsham, Christine Oller (Jim) of Sewell, NJ, Jack Mahon (Liz) of Harleysville and Nancy Bergey (Lydell) of Hatfield; his son-in-law Marty Prokipchak of Manchester, CT; and his close friend Shirley Elnitski of Pottstown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, extended family, including many nieces and nephews.
