He was predeceased by: his wife Donna J. Holly (Feuchtmayer); his parents, Lawrence W. Holly and Perna O. Holly (Gerhart); his sisters, Abby Jean Brown and Susan Swartley; and his sister-in-law Darlene Weaver.

He is survived by: his children, Blake T. Holly (Jakki Maria) of Macungie and Nicole S. Whalen (Jay) of Harleysville; his grandchildren, Avery Holly, Ashton Bender, Katarina Whalen, Gabriella Goudsward, Garrett Whalen and Miles Whalen; his siblings, F. Joseph Rausch (Cary) and Perna Patricia Hipp (Joseph); and his brothers-in-law, Donald Swartley, Nicholas Feuchtmayer, Jr. and Lawrence Weaver, Jr..
