He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stover and Miriam Stover (Alderfer); and his sister Gloria Delp. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Anne Stover (Hartman); his sons, Kevin Stover (Shelley Stepanek), Brian Stover and Timothy Stover; and his granddaughter Arielle Haas.
