He is survived by: his significant other Gloria Czerpak; and his siblings, Marjorie Omatick of South Connellsville and John Ryan of Mount Pleasant.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home - Connellsville (111 E Green St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
