With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale R. Wadsworth (South Fork, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John J. Makins and Anna Makins (Murvine); her former life partner Theodore "Ted" Wadsworth; her son Charles "Chucky" Bailey; her siblings, Beverly "Bev" Reighard, Christopher "Allen" and John "Jack" Makins; and her son-in-law Al Kemp.

She is survived by : her fiancé Glenn Burns; her daughters, Laura Kemp, Tonya Miller (Rusty) and Jessica Blough (Scott); her grandchildren, Jeff, Eric, Cory, Autumn, Debbie and Skyler; her great grandchildren, Toby, Alexis, Anna, Kaylee and Pryceton; her brother James Schatz (Alice "Tootie"); and her sister-in-law Kathy Makins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
