He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Templeton and Florence Templeton (Stombaugh); his wife Violet B. Templeton (Werfel); and his sisters, Doris V. Hampton, Klett and Nettie Mae Edwards.
He is survived by: his children, David (Jodi), Dale (Tracy), Diane (Derek McCall), Daniel (Carla), Douglas, Denise (George Aubert) and Darren (Courtney); and his sisters, Fay Odenthal, Sandy (Chet Long) and Linda Hazlett. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc. (621 Maple St, South Fork, PA 15956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (700 Farren St, Portage, PA 15946). A burial was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at the Pringle Hill Cemetery (234 Pringle Hill Rd, Summerhill, PA 15958).
