He is survived by: his children, John Jr., Bill, Joel, Joe (Cindy) and Kathi; his grandchildren, Billie Jo, Haley, Shannon, Morgan, Caitlyn and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Chace, Sadie, Gracelyn, Trinity, Lynkyn and Phoenix; and his great great grandchildren, Emersyn, Dietra and Nomi.
