He was predeceased by: his parents, William Patterson and Callie Patterson (McIntyre); his siblings, Ruth (Nick Kolar), Grace (Ed Reiter), Lois (Robert Jacobs), Twila, Esther Patterson, Robert and William Patterson; and his nephew William G. Kolar (Judith (Hendrickson)).
He is survived by: his nieces, Joanne (late A. Raymond Hufford) and Patricia (Donald Schmidt); and his nephew Nicholas C. "Hop" Kolar (Sally (Rhoads)). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Methodist Church (138 Main St, St Michael, PA 15951).
