She was predeceased by: her parents, Levell Hendrickson and Rose Ann Hendrickson (Ickes); and her husband William G. Kolar. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie (Daryl Lucas) and Melissa (Ron Rozsi); her grandchildren, Nathan and Kaitlyn Rozsi; and her pet Brutus.
