She is survived by: her husband Robert "Mike" Welcher; her stepdaughter Robin Fochtman; her daughter-in-law Sandra Farabaugh (late Charles Skelly); her brother Charles; her grandchildren, Charles, Nicholas, Lance, Shay, Alexandria, Lorraine and Anna; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Ashton, Everett, Raelynn and John. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and nieces and nephews.
