She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul G. Costlow and Violet F. Costlow (Huffman); her siblings, Ethelene Deffenbaugh, Evelyn Buriak and Lawrence; and her nephew Dean Costlow.
She is survived by: her brother Donald Costlow; her sister-in-law Veda Costlow (Eppley); her nieces and nephews, Bradley Costlow (Anne), Sylvia Boone (Thomas), Arlene Frostbutter (Dave), Mark Deffenbaugh (Tina) and Karen Lauffer (late Paul); and her aunts, Dollie Kelly and Charlotte Buchovecky.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc. (621 Maple St, South Fork, PA 15956). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
