He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin E. Etnoyer, Sr. and Helen M. Gross Etnoyer; and his siblings, Martin Jr., Jack and Gladys Scritchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Delphine M. Shelenbarger Etnoyer; his children, Roxann M. Ebersole (Robert), William L. Etnoyer, Jr. (late Wanda) of New Cumberland, Gregory J. Etnoyer (Ann) of Hummelstown and Clinton R. Etnoyer (Cindy Ciaramitaro) of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Robert Ebersole (Penny), Cole Ebersole (Kristy), Cody Ebersole (Dani Schultz), Shayna Etter (Dan), Daniel Etnoyer (Melissa), Kerri Nelson (Justin), Jena Slaski (Bryan), Jamie Slotterback (Nick), Hunter Etnoyer (Emily) and Reed Etnoyer; and his sisters, Carol Hanula (Robert) of Grantville and Catherine Bitner (late Jack). He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
