He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Ford and Helen A. Ford (Diamond). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline L. (Quattelbaum); his sons, James Patrick Ford (Shana) and Michael Joseph Ford; his grandchildren, Maddie, Leah and Adam Ford; and his siblings, Edward H. Ford (Patty), Francis E. Ford Jr., Robert V. Ford (Vic), Mark D. Ford, Elaine M. Possino (Alex), Sue A. Grunewald and Shirley A. Zick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
