He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Bixby and Anne M. Bixby. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Gesselberty (John), Jack Bixby (Janet), Robert Bixby (Jill) and Roy Bixby (Lisa); his nieces, Katy Harper (Jon), Kelly Frank (Steve), Kristen Bixby (Chris), Mary Anne Bixby and Renee Bixby; his nephew Thomas Bixby (Leah); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aidan Park, Jamieson Park, Grady Frank, Kent Bixby, Selena Harper, Everly Frank, Harlow Frank and Eris Bixby; Lexington Huff (Brennan).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home (806 Perry Hwy, Pittsburgh, PA 15229). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Teresa of Avila Church (800 Avila Ct, Pittsburgh, PA 15237).
