She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartholomew McNamara and Loretta McNamara; and her husband Gary D. Fluharty. She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Kristy), Gary (Ramona) and Paul Fluharty (RaNge Candia); her siblings, John, Burt (Carol), Jane O'Rourke (Ray), Karen Melissa Pearl and Christopher McNamara; and her caregiver Sandy Coombs. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
