He is survived by: his siblings, Michael O'Farrell, Kathy O'Farrell, Connie O'Farrell, Nancy Smith (Vince) and Brian O'Farrell (Andrea); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Zimmerman (Travis), Cara Crippin (Anthony) and Vince Smith; Carter Crippin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many loving friends.
