He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Tarr and Sheron Flynn; his children, Alex (Samantha), Leighton and Courtlyn Tarr; his siblings, Richard (Gail), Laura, Melissa (Matthew) and Michael; and his grandchild Remington "Remi". He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
