Tom Unglaub wrote a sympathy message

“Laur and I were the best of friends working at Sears through high school and college. We had the same track coach and roomed at Penn State Forestry School. We were always outside with countless hours golfing, playing tennis, shooting BB guns, scuba diving, skiing, riding our minibikes, fishing and playing basketball. I am sad to hear of Laurs passing but extremely fortunate to be his friend for many years. The entire extended Losi family are in Carol and my prayers. Tom Unglaub”

Pete Losi wrote a sympathy message

“We moved many times as an Air Force family. “Laur” was my constant best friend and buddy as we adjusted to new schools, new neighborhoods, and new friends. A phenomenal natural athlete he excelled in every sport he tried. Even teaching me, his older brother, how to play ball, fish, and golf. I have the best memories of us playing sports together. Later he became a great Dad and loved his kids and family more than anything. I will miss him terribly. God speed little brother!”
