With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas J. Perhach of South Park, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2022 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Perhach and Mary Perhach (Toth); and his siblings, Joseph, Deann Mikush and Richard "Dan" Perhach. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
