It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah A. Rishel of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Bower and Ruth E. Signor (Sperry); and her sister Kimberly Kay Davis (Bower). She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Daniel Fackler of Williamsport, David Fackler (Carissa O'Block) of Duboistown and Jessica Bower; her stepdaughter Shannon Rishel of Williamsport; her grandchildren, Emma Flook and Zavier Fackler; and her siblings, Richard W. Bower (Georgie), Steven A. Bower (Rita), Michael P. Bower (Cheryl) and Suzanne E. Decker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lycoming County SPCA.
