Midthassel (Susan); her grandchildren, Rachel Page Bailey (Christian), Alden Page (Rachael Bolte), Jeremy Robbins (Pamela Otter), Jacob Robbins and Lars Midthassel; and her siblings, Astri Lohaugen and Ragnar Tellefsen (Marianne). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Augusta would be honored by a donation to her Church, or favorite charity, Operation Smile.
