He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowen and Lillian (McCloskey). He is survived by: his wife Mary (Hackett); his sons, Edward (Monique) and James (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Samantha and Matthew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John F. Givnish of Buckingham (4886 York Rd., Doylestown, PA 18902). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (333 County Line Rd, Lower Southampton Township, PA 19006).
