Florentina McCarthy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florentina McCarthy (Southampton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Idigpio and Marcelino Idigpio; her husband Albert J. McCarthy; her son Albert T. McCarthy; and her granddaughter Melissa Lynch.
She is survived by: her children, Madeline McCarthy, Kathleen DiDonato (Joseph) and Charles McCarthy (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Christina McCarthy; and her grandchildren, Tina (Scott), Michael (Marybeth), Joseph (Deyamira), Theresa (Matt), Angelarosa, Francis, Andrew (Ashley), Brian (Maggie), Kevin (Leighann), Nicole and Taylor (Matt). She is also survived by her 30 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (611 Knowles Ave, Southampton, PA 18966). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Whitemarsh Memorial Park (1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002).
