With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Hand (Southampton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Weiss and Helen Weiss; her husband William A. Hand, Jr.; her son William A. Hand III; and her siblings, Harry Weiss, Frank Weiss, Jerry Weiss and Helen Daly.
She is survived by: her stepson Todd T. Hand (Kim); her daughter-in-law Tanya; and her grandchildren, Chanden, Christian, Nathaniel, Rhyan, Melanie and Avery. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
