He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Consalvo and Mildred Consalvo; and his sister Rosemarie. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Carl (Erin), Alan (Julia) and Ross (Amy); and his grandson Oliver. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Louis' memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Humane Society.
