He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Sonnie and Francis Sonnie; his wife Mary V.; his son Frank Thomas Sonnie; his sons-in-law, Larry Miller and Terry Sztubinski; and his brothers, Frank, William, Earl and Gerald.
He is survived by: his children, Marcia Miller, Deborah Sztubinski, Norbert (Maureen), David (Nancy) and Helena Taylor (Todd); his grandchildren, Maureen, Tara, David, Kevin, Andrew, Michael, Katie and Vincent; and his great grandchildren, Jazmine, David, Autumn, Bryn, Holly, Alexander, Jasper and Colton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
