He was predeceased by: his parents, Jamie A. "Cookie" Haines (Stewart) and Daniel R. Haines; and his sister Denise Haines. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Haines (Cheryl) of Latrobe, Dennis Haines of Greensburg and Sandra Haines (Wayne) of Greensburg; his nephew Michael Stillitano (Christina); and his friend Coleen Mathias. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
