He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline Shaffstall (Nee Henry); his siblings, Nancy and Bill; his parents, William Shaffstall and Florence Shaffstall (Nee Moyer); and his son-in-law Bob Stephens.
He is survived by: his daughter Terry Murphy (Scott); his grandchildren, Samantha Boettcher (David), Lindsey Stephens (Jarod Karns), Colleen Carter (Josh) and Scott Murphy, Jr. (Rita); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Max, Madeleine and Vivien; and his pet Teddy.
A reception will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Donohue Funeral Home - Morton (746 Kedron Ave, Morton, PA 19070).
