She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Paul and Helen Keller (O'Brien); her husband Leonard J. Speakman; her daughter Gail C. Jr. (Peter Cavallo); her sisters, Patricia Keller, Helen Sullivan (Denis), Virginia Hines (John), Kathryn Joan Remaily (Ken), Carol Bilbow (John) and Dolores Mercaldo (Vincent); Bill Speakman (Julia) and Anne Joseph (Morris).
She is survived by: her children, Len Jr. and Helen G. (John Viggiano); her grandchildren, Joe Speakman-Viggiano, Nick Speakman-Viggiano (Alexis), Samantha Speakman-Viggiano, Daniel Cavallo, Sara Cavallo and Michaela Cavallo; and her sister Mary Claire Foulke-Hopkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
