He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Porter and Kathleen Porter (Kerns); his brother Charles Porter; and his close friend Joe Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Porter (Walters); his children, Amy Porter, Mike Porter (Laci), Neal Porter (Misty) and Lee Porter (Marcee); and his sister Sharon Porter. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
