It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard Joseph Rushin of Spring Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Mike; his grandson Mathew Grenz; and his siblings, Paul, Budd, Jack and Jane Lucke.
He is survived by: his wife Alice "Bunny" Rushin (Hennings); his children, Gerard Jr. (Lisa (Swart)) of Fort Mill, SC, Steve (Julie (Vinca)) of Freedom, PA, Tony (Luann (Myers)) of Alpharetta, GA and Mary (Michael Grenz) of North East, PA; his daughter-in-law Karen Russell (Brad) of Corry; and his grandchildren, Amy, Greg, Kim, James, Mary, Jerod, Hannah, Megen, Jacob and Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be to St. Thomas the Apostle Church or the Knights of Columbus, St. Thomas.
