She was predeceased by: her husband Philip C. Slagel; her parents, Lloyd L. Myers and Helen R. Myers (Meckley); her son Craig Slagel; her sister Arlene Eisenhart; and her siblings-in-law, Marlyn Holtzapple and Shirley Stine.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Slagel (MaryBeth), Michael Slagel (Sharon) and Cynthia Slagel Beck (Dennis); her daughter-in-law Brenda Slagel; her grandchildren, Angela, Adam, Matthew, Tricia, Amy and Megan; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Easton, Eisley, Addison, Kelsea and Nyla; and her siblings-in-law, Jeff Slagel (Lucinda) and Adrienne Myers.
